Personal thoughts:
As to point out by certain individuals that there has been patterns of eechi anime airing in the Winter seasonal line up and not only that it's pushes past the boundaries kind aka "I Can't Believe it's NOT Hentai?" kind of ecchi anime from 2020 Interspieces Reviewers, 2021 Redo of a Healer, 2022 Worlds End Harem, 2023 Inukai-sans Dog, and now Gushing Over Magical Girls that really pushes the boundaries, as to double down on that we get Chain Soldier which is just as proactive but more tame though. And to add the icing and cherry on top of this ecchi cake we get 2 more uncensored ecchi anime that is Tales of the Wedding Rings and a Isekai Onsen short.

Anyways what's good about this is it does pushes the bounders of uncensored plot to way big point with the classic magical girls trope (And I mean classic kind with actual magic...) with Utenia this loveable shy quite introvert got forced into becoming the dark forces magical girl fighting the ones she admires and turns her into closet sadistic dominatrix, than we have her comrades and friends which Kiwi-chan is so cute being the flaunty open sidekick to Untena with the ever so cute Korisu as the back up support.

We get the great duo of Matama and Nemo of the quite and quirky childhood friend duo with the good girls that is Tres Magia which love the tomboy bruser that is Kaoruko which Miss. All Rightchist Haruka whom is stereotyped but is very cute even though she's cringy af, but Lets get to our big M Sayo that she stands out the most out of the good girls which got to love her inner Darkness

Anyways the VA cast did a great job. Also this has the right amount of story, action, and comedy to make it very enjoyable even though this has so many sexual BDSM and H inuedos with the massive PLOT bullid up.

As of terms of animation this was about average with low quality moments but with good quality at the right detailed moments (such as Azure butt massage scene,,, ( ͡¬ ͜ʖ ͡¬) Or even the battle with the former Eromitta's leader.
The 2D to cgi scenes was well balance pretty well which don't compare this to Chain Soldiers at all for obvious reasons.

The idol performances within the songs was also great, even with great OP + ED.

Anyways this jewel of a ecchi show was fantastic and not just even a guilty pleasure. Also note there is very few Magical Girl ecchi anime with unique ideas that comes out and is very rare. Anyways 9/10.

Heehee, I enjoyed this show way more than I expected when I first saw the title. I love the characters and the setup, and I'm a huge mahou shoujo fan to begin with, so it's got those bonus points going in.

On a more serious note, I would say that I feel like Lord's gang was kind of wasted. When Lord and Sister what's-her-name rolled in with then-evil Loco Musica and Leberblume, I expected a much more long-term shift in the tone and direction, with more of a three-way ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°) battle between them, Baiser's crew, and the Tres Magia. Instead, Baise-chan smoked 'em in no time flat. Frankly, I was disappointed. The battles (especially Baiser v. Lord and Leopard v. Sister Gigant) were great, and I loved the outcome... but it felt too rushed.

Probably just me wishing for 50 episodes like a Precure season. :P But it was a disappointment, and combined with a few other nitpicks, I think my score would be an 8/10 overall.

...though, specifically as an ecchi magical girl show? 1,000,001/10, easily. (͠≖ ͜ʖ͠≖)
